Dear Applicants:

Thank you for your interest in Maccabi USA Development Academy's ID Camp.  We are excited to help our participants further their athletic careers and build Jewish pride through sports.  The program will begin on the afternoon of Sunday, June 28th and conclude on the afternoon of Thursday, July 2nd.  

 

FEES

The total fee for the Maccabi USA Development Academy's ID Camp for 2020 will be $775.  All payments must be paid in full by the stated deadline to maintain eligibility to participate.

 

Deposit - a deposit of $275 is due upon initial registration

 

Balance - The remaining Balance of $500 will be due on April 1st

 

Any applicants after April 1st will be required to pay in full within 5 business days of acceptance to the program. 

 

APPLICATION PROCESS

 

All applications will be reviewed to ensure the suitability of the athlete for this program.  All efforts will be made for this process to be completed within 3-5 business days of receiving the application.  A member of the Development Academy staff may follow up with additional questions during this time.

REFUND POLICY

 

Unless otherwise stated, refunds will follow the schedule and specifications as listed below. If the program is cancelled by Maccabi USA, a full refund will be issued and no fee will be charged. 

 

  • If the participant withdraws prior to March 1st a 50% refund of the initial deposit will be refunded. 
  • If the participant withdraws after March 1st the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If the participant withdraws after the April 1st deadline for the full balance no funds will be refunded.
    • If the participant needs to withdraw due to medical issues the deposit will be forfeited but a refund of the remaining program fees may be issued pending review of a  certified note from a medical professional. 

 

ABOUT MACCABI USA

 

Maccabi USA, the sponsor of the USA Maccabiah Team, was founded in 1948 only weeks after the dream of a Jewish Homeland had finally been realized.  Our purpose was two-fold: (1) to help Israel develop as a nation through physical education and sport; and (2) to promote fitness and athletics among Jewish youth in the USA and in Israel.  The organization strives, through sports competitions, to provide American athletes with a Jewish experience - to enrich lives, to heighten their sense of Jewish identity and to strengthen their feelings of Jewish pride.  Maccabi USA is the official representative of Maccabi World Union in the United States.
